A 90-minute class focusing on the big three lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift.

The beginning of the class is spent working on barbell technique and form, and the remainder is spent on accessory workouts.

This class is for anyone interested in powerlifting, building strength, or better performance on the platform!

TIME: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - 7AM | Tuesdays & Thursdays - 5PM | Saturdays - 10AM
