DETAILS
This is a non-league backyard-style event, where we will be using standard powerlifting rules for judging. Each lifter will have 3 attempts. Winners will be decided by using the DOTS calculator.

No weight classes
No hitching
No straps
Long socks are required to protect shins

1st Place in each category wins a 1 Month Membership at Get Bent!
All participants get a limited edition Spring Slam T-shirt!

There will be food and vendors on site.
